Constructed with a thin layer of metal through a process known as sputter deposition, this film offers a lighter, more attractive appearance compared to dual or silver reflective films. Choose from a warm, copper or a soft, neutral color to match any space. Additionally, it reflects an enormous amount of solar energy away from the glass, providing extensive solar energy protection and cooler temperatures indoors. However, it's important to note that sputtered film has the potential to heat up the glass more than other films, making it suitable for only specific types of glass. See glass compatibility chart.

Sputtered Window Film

Sputtered flat glass film excels at reducing incoming heat and protecting against UV and IR energy with its reflective, metallized outer and inner layers. Sputtered film comes in a soft, neutral color or a warm, copper color that is suitable for most glass types. The darker (lower) the shade, the shinier the appearance and the more it reflects solar energy.

    The highly reflective, mirror-like outer and inner layers allow the film to reflect large amounts of solar energy and heat.
