Tint Club Return & Refund Policy
Window Film for Everyone
At Tint Club, our mission is to make buying and installing window film simple and stress-free.
Many of our customers are professionals, but we also serve DIY installers. Because window tint installation requires skill and experience, results may vary depending on the installer.
For this reason, Tint Club does not offer refunds or replacements for buyer’s remorse, improper use, installation errors, or damage caused by lack of experience.
We do not cover installation costs, labor, or any project-related consequences.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all materials upon arrival and before installation to ensure they are free of defects or issues.
Installation or use of any product constitutes acceptance of the product as received.
Inspect Your Order Upon Arrival
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery to ensure all items are present and in good condition.
Any missing items, incorrect products, or shipping damage must be reported to Tint Club within 5 business days of delivery.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
If small tools appear to be missing, please check inside the plastic film core your film was wrapped around, as we sometimes place small tools there.
Editing or Canceling an Order
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us by phone within 1 hour of placing it.
Orders that have entered the fulfillment process cannot be modified or canceled.
If your order was placed outside of business hours or during the weekend, please leave a voicemail or send us an email. We will review your message as soon as we return to the office.
If the order cannot be altered in time, our return policy will apply.
Initiating a Return
To request a return, you must contact Tint Club within 14 days of purchase.
All returns must be approved by Tint Club before being shipped back.
Once approved, return the item to:

Please include an attention line on the return label, followed by your order number. This ensures our returns department knows who the return is from.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, even if your order originally qualified for free shipping.
Approved returns must be received by Tint Club within 14 days of return authorization.
Once the returned product arrives and is inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund or next steps.
Returning Window Film (Non-Defective)
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- The roll must be unused and unopened
- The roll must be in its original packaging
- All straps and packaging materials must be intact
- All materials you want refunded must be physically returned
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the condition of the returned product.
Defective Rolls of Film
Although our films are manufactured with care, defects can occasionally occur.
If you believe your film is defective:
- Stop using the roll immediately.
- Contact Tint Club as soon as possible.
- Provide clear photos and videos showing the issue.
Please also include:
- How much film is defective
- How much film has been used
- How much film remains on the roll
- Details about the installation process
Do not discard defective material. Insufficient evidence or returning only an empty core may prevent us from offering compensation.
If we confirm a defect based on your evidence, we will provide a prepaid return label.
The defective material must be returned in its original box with no less than the amount of film reported.
Inspection Process
Once defective film is returned, Tint Club will inspect the material within 3–5 business days.
If a defect is confirmed, compensation may be offered in the form of:
- A replacement roll
- A reimbursement
- A store credit or discount code
If no defect is found, or if less material is returned than reported, compensation may be reduced or denied.
Tint Club reserves the right to decline claims that lack credible supporting evidence.
Pre-Cut Patterns
If you receive a pre-cut pattern that appears incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear, well-lit photo showing the issue and the full pattern sheet
If the pattern has been discarded or there is no proof of error, Tint Club may determine eligibility for replacement on a case-by-case basis.
Issues caused by installation error or lack of experience are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
All custom-cut tint and PPF orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Tools
All tool sales are final.
If you receive a defective tool or the wrong item, we will replace it at our expense.
Tint Club does not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by misuse, improper use, or lack of experience.
Free Gift Promotions
If an order qualifies for a free gift promotion and the order is returned, the free gift must also be returned.
Failure to return the promotional item may result in the value of the gift being deducted from the refund.
Product Inspection & Responsibility
Window film is a manufactured material and minor variances can occasionally occur.
If Tint Club sends an incorrect product or makes a fulfillment error, we will correct the issue by replacing the product.
Our responsibility is limited strictly to product replacement.
Tint Club does not cover:
- Labor costs
- Installation expenses
- Vehicle damage claims
- Project delays or other indirect costs
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Tint Club directly to attempt to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card provider.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with Tint Club may result in the customer being restricted from future purchases.
Using Our Products Means You Agree
By purchasing and using Tint Club products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
