Shipping Policy

Changes or Order Cancellations

Please contact us immediately within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel your order. Once your order is pending fulfillment, we cannot honor customer requests.

If you cannot reach our customer service team due to heavy call volume or you are contacting us outside of business hours, please leave a voicemail and/or email us at info@tintclub.com. Voicemails and emails must include your name, phone number, and order number. Please note, we need the order number, not the confirmation number.

If your order was placed during the weekend, during holiday closures, or outside of business hours, please email us at info@tintclub.com. In the subject line, include your name and order number, such as TC-XXXXX, along with the changes you would like to make. If you would like to cancel, simply state that you no longer want to receive the order.

At Tint Club, we will do our best to ensure requests made within 1 hour of placing your order are implemented. However, once the 1-hour mark has passed, Tint Club cannot ensure changes or cancellations can be processed.

Once your order is in UPS’s possession, Tint Club cannot make address changes, edit the delivery speed, or place the shipment on hold. The customer will be responsible for contacting UPS directly to make any shipping modifications.

Same Day Shipping

Orders placed before our cut-off time of 10:00 AM EST will be fulfilled and shipped the same day, with the exception of AK, HI, and PR. Orders placed after our cut-off time will be fulfilled the following business day.

Please note: plotters, clearance products, samples, display banners, meters, and/or drop-shipped items do not qualify for same day shipping.

Expedited Shipping

Tint Club offers expedited shipping options, including next day, two-day shipping, and three-day shipping. However, orders shipping to AK, HI, or PR do not qualify for expedited shipping. Clearance products, sample rolls, and drop-shipped items also do not qualify for faster shipping.

Expedited shipping follows our standard shipping timeline. If an order is placed over the weekend or during a holiday with expedited shipping, the order will be fulfilled with expedited shipping on the next business day, and transit time will begin then.

If your expedited shipment is late despite following our shipping timeline, please contact us and we can provide a reimbursement.

Weekend/Holiday Orders

Orders placed after our cut-off time of 10:00 AM EST on Friday, anytime over the weekend, or during a holiday closure will be dispatched on the following Monday. If a holiday follows the weekend, your order will be fulfilled the next business day.

Tint Club cannot fulfill orders earlier than the expected timeline. If your order was placed after cutoff time or during weekends/holidays, we cannot be expected to ship it sooner.

Free Shipping

We’re happy to provide free shipping on orders over $99, provided the shipping and billing addresses are within the continental United States. Orders shipping to AK, HI, or PR do not qualify for free shipping.

Plotters, clearance products, sample rolls, security film and drop-shipped items are not eligible for free shipping.

If your order includes both qualifying items and non-qualifying items, such as clearance products, sample rolls, or drop-shipped items, the shipping fee may apply to the entire order. We recommend splitting your order into separate orders to ensure eligible items receive free shipping.

Order Creation and Status

Tint Club operates as an e-commerce business, so we highly recommend placing orders online through a mobile phone or computer.

When placing your order, please make sure your email address is correct. After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email, shipping confirmation, and shipping updates as your order is transported.

Delivery Time

For the most accurate estimate of when your order will arrive, we encourage customers to refer to the UPS delivery map. This can help determine the estimated delivery time once your order has shipped.

If you ordered window tint or items we have in stock at our facility, your order will ship from our Alabama warehouse. Since we are shipping from the eastern side of the country, states located farther north or toward the western coast may take longer. Standard shipping times are typically 1–5 business days.

Delivery estimates are based on standard business days and do not account for weekends, public holidays, or possible transit delays.

Route Package Protection

Tint Club recommends purchasing Route Package Protection with your order. Route is a third-party insurance provider that protects against loss, theft, damage, or mishandling during transit.

If you need to file a claim, please visit Route’s claim portal at https://claims.route.com/ or reach out to our team and we can file a claim on your behalf.

Plotter Shipping

Depending on the plotter you purchase, shipping fees will vary and cannot be discounted. SC2 models have a flat shipping rate of $50. Titan and MH300 models require freight shipping, which costs $310.00.

Titan and MH300 models cannot be shipped to apartment addresses. We must have a home or shop address for delivery.

If no shipping option is available at checkout, this means the item cannot be shipped to that destination.

Clearance Products/Drop-Shipped Items

Clearance products are sold as-is and are not eligible for free shipping, same-day shipping, or additional discounts.

If an item is being drop-shipped, this means our original warehouse was out of stock and your item will ship directly from another warehouse or the manufacturer that has the item in stock.
