Returns & Refunds

Our refund policy is 7 days from the date you receive your product. Unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Used items and special cut items will not be accepted unless you have Tint Club's prior approval. Email our support with a brief reason for the return as well as the condition of the item. We will follow up with a RMA number and a return address. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Furthermore, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee for any approved returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
